I just placed my order. When will it arrive?

We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method you select. You can read more about our shipping options and rates here.

I'm in a rush. Can I get my order sooner?

You bet we do. We offer a few expedited shipping options. You can check them out on our shipping page here, or send us an email from our contact page here. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love our products as much as we do. If you don't experience an improvement in the way your skin looks and feels within 30 days of receiving our products, we'll offer you a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Can I work for you?

We'd love that! We post all current vacancies on our careers page. Even if we don't have what you're looking for, you can always send us your resume and cover letter and we will keep on file for future openings.
